In case of Cash on Pickup option whom should I hand over cash to ?
In case you choose Cash on Pickup Option, the cash is collected by the driver before the start of the journey. Its good practice to call Traveltime office and inform that you have made the cash payment. You may also request them to confirm by SMS of the receipt.
What to do in case of confusion ?
Ask the driver for the trip sheet and check the details. Call our Customer care executive. In case you do not have a mobile phone, request the driver to connect you to the Traveltime call center.
When will I get booking confirmation and invoice ?
For Radio Cabs:
You will instantly get the booking confirmation by sms, and the cab and driver details half an hour prior to your pick-up time.
The driver will give you a receipt on payment, at your destination.
For Car Rentals:
You will instantly get the booking confirmation by sms.
An email with the cab, driver and billing details will be sent six hours prior to your pick-up time.
Can I take a break while travelling?
For Radio Cabs:
All breaks will be charged at Re.1/- per min.
For Cars on Rent:
Most of the routes have a scheduled break, mostly at a place popular with travelers and with all facilities like food, toilets, fuel, shopping. Mostly such a break fall approx. midway the journey.
Sometimes customers are in hurry specially at night and do not want to stop anywhere. But for your safety its necessary for the driver to take a break and refresh in 10-15mins as they may be tired.
Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
All credit card transactions are processed directly by EBS through 128 bit encrypted secured payment gateway, and we never get access to your credit card information.
I cannot find packages of my interest, what can I do?
Call us or send us an inquiry using our inquiry form on our site www.traveltimepune.com. You can also avail the chat online option to discuss your requirement with our customer service executive. We offer customized packages to meet your requirements.
Is it mandatory to take a printout of the Booking Confirmation?
It is always good to keep a copy of your booking confirmation either in printed or electronic format in your mobile. In the event you do not have such confirmation there may be delays due to confusion if any and may have to call Traveltime Call Center and provide more details about yourself to verify your identify.
Does Traveltime provide cars on hire with Self Drive option?
No, Traveltime only provides chauffeur driven cabs.
What will happen after online booking?
Once you have made the booking -
You will receive email notifying that we have received your booking information.
You will get a confirmation email after our team manually verifies and confirms your booking. We will check pickup/drop address and your notes and contact you if we need more details.
On the day of pickup you will receive an email with Name & Mobile number of the driver 6 hrs before the pickup time. Driver shall reach you in time or will call you for directions if required.
In any case you can always contact our customer care executive who will help you with any information required. In most cases our team will also make a phone call after booking and check if you have received required information and if you have any questions.
Do I need to register to use Traveltime cabs?
Registration is not required. You can directly make a booking using our online booking system.
How to select a suitable Car model?
Please refer to our page "Our Fleet" for details of how to select a right car model for yourself.
Can I cancel/postpone my online booking?
Yes, you can cancel or postpone the booking by calling our call center. For Cancellations 24hrs before the Pickup time, no deductions will be done except transaction charges if any. For cancellation within ½ an hr of pickup time 50% cancellation charge is applicable. For Radio Cabs, cancellations within ½ an hr of pickup time, Rs.50/- will be charged.
Are Pickups & Drops outside City Limits charged extra ?
Only in case of Radio Cabs, pickup and drops outside the city limits are charged extra.
How can I make a payment to Traveltime?
Traveltime offers following payment modes:
For Car Rentals: EBS Payment Gateway: Indian Credit & Debit Cards, Netbanking & Cash cards.
For Radio Cabs: We accept Cash on Pickup
